Our systems, such as Aqua Vie® and Columbia® D, use the process of evaporation to produce pure water. This process works as follows: The water is heated until it evaporates and then condenses, collected, and enriched with mineral salts. Through this process, pathogenic microorganisms cannot survive, as the high temperature destroys their structure.

This process, besides ensuring the removal of pathogenic microorganisms, also offers other advantages. It also removes heavy metals, salts, and other inorganic substances, resulting in water that is clean and free from pollutants and subsequently enriched with mineral salts. Thus, systems like Aqua Vie® and Columbia® D guarantee 100% clean and safe drinking water.

🧪 Microfilters and Ceramic Filters

Our systems such as the Imperial® Maximum, Imperial® Plus, and Columbia® II Plus are equipped with microfilters that have pore diameters of 0.1 micron and below 0.4 micron respectively. Pathogenic microorganisms have a diameter greater than 0.7 micron, which means that they cannot pass through these filters.

These filters operate with mechanical retention, where microorganisms remain outside the membrane and never enter the filtered water. The Imperial® Maximum and Imperial Plus use advanced membranes that retain microorganisms externally 100%.
