Information Security Policy Camelot® Greece

By developing an Information Security Management System according to ISO 27001:2013, the company Camelot® establishes a framework for the identification, assessment, evaluation, and addressing of threats to the transmitted information.

The Information Security Policy focuses on:

  • protection of the company’s computing resources and the information being processed from any threat, internal or external, intentional or accidental
  • business continuity, ensuring profitability, competitiveness, and its commercial image
  • systematic risk assessment and management
  • data archiving, virus and external intrusion prevention, access control to systems, logging of all security incidents, and management of unexpected developments
  • continuous updating of management and staff on information security issues and the conduct of training seminars for staff
  • continuous and systematic monitoring and improvement of the Information Security Management System.

This Security Policy is published and communicated to all employees of the company, as well as to all external partners and other interested parties.

All employees of Camelot® have a responsibility to treat others with dignity and respect at all times. All employees are expected to demonstrate behavior that reflects inclusion during work, in work-related operations both inside and outside the physical premises of the facilities, and at all other company-sponsored events they participate in. All employees are also required to attend and complete annual diversity awareness training to enhance their knowledge in fulfilling this responsibility.

Any employee found to have exhibited any inappropriate behavior or behavior against others may be subject to disciplinary action.

Employees who believe they have experienced any form of discrimination that conflicts with the company’s diversity policy and initiatives should seek assistance from a supervisor or a management representative.

The development and expansion of the capabilities of Camelot®, through the continuous effort to adapt to its constantly and aggressively changing business environment, which is directly influenced by the expectations and needs of its customers, is the way the company envisions its offering to the Greek consumer and with the potential for expansion into markets of other countries, contributing to the entrepreneurship of the region.

To achieve its vision, Camelot® has developed and implements a Quality Management System, in accordance with the international standard EN ISO 9001:2015, the processes of which it is committed to adhere to, in its effort for:

  • Substantive, constructive, and reliable communication with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Continuous improvement of the products and services provided.
  • The adequacy and effectiveness of staff training.
  • The monitoring and control of the processes being applied.
  • The establishment of objective and measurable quality goals – purposes that are consistent with the quality policy.
  • The notification of its policy on quality and its objective goals – purposes to all interested parties.
  • Continuous improvement through the review of the Quality Management System it implements.

Camelot® is committed to taking the necessary actions required each time for continuous improvement and to constantly ensure the implementation and maintenance of its Quality Policy, in order to continuously detect areas for improvement and comply with the principles of quality management and continuous improvement that it seeks.

Environmental Policy and Health and Safety at Work

The management of Camelot® is committed to managing Health and Safety at Work and Environmental issues (HSE) with the same responsibility and importance as it addresses all of its functions in the marketing and technical support of water treatment systems. We believe that by adopting this policy, employees, customers, partners, the state, and society as a whole benefit.

We intend to fulfill our commitment by following the principles of prevention and protection, the disclosure of our actions, and the continuous improvement of our performance in the areas of HSE. Specifically, we are committed to supporting the implementation of HSE management methods to ensure the prevention of pollution and the elimination of accidents and occupational diseases, as well as the alignment of the company with the relevant legislative requirements and other commitments we undertake.

This continuous effort is carried out both by monitoring and implementing modern technologies and international practices, and by informing, training, and involving employees and external partners in the management of YAP, as well as through regular reviews of the system by the Management.

The continuous pursuit of improvement in the applied marketing and technical support methods will help Camelot® continue to operate in a safe work environment and a healthy and sustainable setting, both in office spaces and at local service points. For the development of these actions, we will keep customers, employees, partners, and other stakeholders of the company informed.

The Management provides its full support and maximum priority to the Environmental Management System and, in coordination with the staff, is committed to implementing its specifications to achieve the above goals.
